Thinking of You slimline card

Hi Dawn here with my card for today.

Our challenge for January is "Frame It". Our sponsor for our January challenge is Rachel Vass Designs. The winner of our challenge will get to choose three digital stamps from her store

For my card I have used Fun Flowers Slimline stamp to make a slimline card.  I used a Pink Fresh slimline die to make my frame.

I used a mixture of Copics and coloured pencils to colour in the image.  I then added a stamped sentiment from a Tim Holtz set.

We would love to have you join us with our frame projects.

Branch Blossoms from Rachel Vass

Hey there Diva friends - Diva Linda (Scrappin', Stampin', & Singin') here with a thank you card featuring a lovely Rachel Vass spray of flowers:

Thanks to teamie Arlene (A Bit of This and That) for printing off several of these images with some of the included sentiments. My wireless printer at home isn't speaking to my laptop and my parents' printer got a jam I couldn't clear - so frustrating!! Thanks for coming to the rescue Arlene!! There are many other gorgeous designs available too - see them all HERE.

Arlene sized the branch  & sentiment for an A2 card with plenty of border. I trimmed it down, colored it with Copics, and framed with a stitched mat layer cut with the next smaller mat die to form the frame. Next I fussy cut a small stem from a different print of the image. Colored that and adhered so it connected to the other stem and overlapped onto the frame. If you look closely, you can see where I connected it but looks pretty good to me!

I usually don't note my Copics used but did this time: C01, C02, G00, G02, YG45, E50, RV21, YR12. The flower centers have some added Crystal Stickles.

Thanks to sponsor Rachel Vass - love her designs!! Be sure to enter your card using a die cut or embossing folder with some kind of frame to our Frame It Challenge by 9pm PST 1/31/21 for a chance at our random prize. Rachel has donated 3 digi images for our winner - yay!!

Thanks for stopping - happy die cutting and framing!!

Merry Christmas Day from the Divas

Merry Christmas Day from me and all the Divas.....

Thanks to Kat Scrappiness for being our sponsor for this month's Anything Goes challenge.

Today I am sharing a Christmas card which is for all of you!

Thanks to my team mate Arlene, who send me some Kat Scrappiness slim line nesting die cuts.  I took one of the black ones and added some washi at the bottom to fit onto my slim line card base.  I die cut the big Christmas die(from Paper Roses)  cut form gold card and finished the sentiment from a Mama Elephant set called Alpine Carollers that my dear friend, Deirdre from Ireland, sent me this year.

By the time you read this, Christmas Day will be nearly over at my house.  So hope that all of you have a special time this Christmas.
