Merry Christmas Day from the Divas

Merry Christmas Day from me and all the Divas.....

Thanks to Kat Scrappiness for being our sponsor for this month's Anything Goes challenge.

Today I am sharing a Christmas card which is for all of you!

Thanks to my team mate Arlene, who send me some Kat Scrappiness slim line nesting die cuts.  I took one of the black ones and added some washi at the bottom to fit onto my slim line card base.  I die cut the big Christmas die(from Paper Roses)  cut form gold card and finished the sentiment from a Mama Elephant set called Alpine Carollers that my dear friend, Deirdre from Ireland, sent me this year.

By the time you read this, Christmas Day will be nearly over at my house.  So hope that all of you have a special time this Christmas.

I could see sending this card to someone to cheer them up and to offer hope. The pandemic has been with us for almost 9 months and for many, this has been a very difficult time. Many have lost their jobs or had their hours reduced; some, especially the elders, are totally isolated from their families. We need to remember to be kind to others.

Thanking my Die Cut Divas fellow member of the design team, Arlene, for sending me this die cut using Kat Scrappiness' Mandela die. For detailed instructions on how I created this card, please check out my foleysfriend blog.

We'd love for you to join us this month. Please remember to use a die cut machines with either a die or embossing folder.

Thanks you are the sweetest

Hi Dawn here.  Our November's challenge theme is Thanks or Thanksgiving. Our wonderful sponsor this month is Frantic Stamper with friendly one-on-one service since 1996!! The prize is their Fall Harvest Die worth over $25 US, which will go to a random winner (USA residents only due to shipping costs)!!

Frantic Stamper Inc.

Today I am sharing a Thanks card I made for a friend.  I don't have any Frantic Stamper dies ... but they have so many beautiful dies available.  I used some Altenew dies to make my card

I cut the Altenew Leafy die from white card and then took some patterened paper I have in a roll.  I trimmed a little piece off and added under the die cut and the rest was put behind.  I used the same paper to die cut the Thanks and layered onto a white shadow die cut.  The little sentiment is from an Altenew set as well.  The black panel is die cut with Gina K Master Layout 1

Do come and join us with your Thanks/Thanksgiving project.
