For the past seven years, we've travelled to the North Shore of Oahu to watch the surfing. I'm kind of hooked! It's incredible what these athletes can do on those impressive waves. When I saw Dustin Pike's Toucan Surf digital stamp in Whimsy Stamps' online store, I just knew that I had to have it. I purchased it recently and it "qualifies" as new. I sized it and printed it with my inkjet printer. I added color to the image with Ohuhu alcohol markers and had the wavy background in my stash, which worked with the focal image. Our challenge this month is to use something NEW. It could be a new stamp or maybe a new die or maybe new alcohol markers. We'd love to see your creations in our gallery here. Please tell us what you used that was "new" because we might not be able to figure it out!
