I made a version of the double Z-fold card.  I used two sets of stamps and dies (Exotic Plumeria and Poised Flamingo) from our sponsor this month: Altenew.

Altenew is giving a $20 gift certificate to their store as this month's challenge prize.

Nordic Spectacular Butterfly

 Hi there,

Cindy here to share another project created using the color palette for this month's challenge.

For our challenge this month, we challenge you to use three or more colors of the above palette, with optional black and white and skin tone on people for your project.  Of course add die cut and/or dry embossing.

I managed to use most of the colors on mine, all except the "Brown".

The background is ink blended.  The middle layer is a piece of pattern paper form 49&Market (which happened to "Warm Grey" with a bit of the "Olive Green" on it), the focal point is die cut using Poppystamps Nordic Spectacular Butterfly.  I die cut the butterfly using white card stock, and I ink blended it.

Our sponsor this month is Poppystamps, and they are giving a $20 gift card to their store as a challenge prize.

Come join in the fun, click the "Monthly Challenge" button on the right sidebar for the linkup post.  See you in the challenge gallery.

Road Trip

 Hello,

Cindy here to share a fun "Real or Faux Watercolor" card.

This image, "Road Trip" by Art Impressions - our May sponsor is so fun, I think I want to join the ladies.  I watercolored the image, hand cut and adhere on faux watercolored background.

Art Impressions is giving a $25 gift code to the store as the challenge prize.

May's challenge theme is "Real or Faux Watercolor", you can use real watercolors, distress inks,  distress oxides inks, or other medium that makes your creation looks like watercolors.

Now it's your turn.  Pull out your favorites supplies and join in the fun.  But of course, remember to use your die cut machine in the process, ie.  add die cuts and/or dry embossing to qualify.  Click the "Monthly Challenge" button on the right side bar for the linkup.

For full supply list of my project, please visit my blog: Escape To Stamping.

Thanks for being here, have a good one!

Bunny & Guniea

 Hi everyone,

Cindy here to share another Spring theme card.  Bunny always reminds me of Spring, so that's the inspiration of my card.

I used the very lovely Bunny & Guinea: Smile digital stamp from RAM Stamps, I printed on white card stock, and colored with alcohol markers.  Then die cut, and adhere to a same shape card base.

RAM Stamps is our sponsor for April, the challenge prize is $10 gift certificate to their store.
I hope you're inspired to come and play along.  Other than using April's challenge theme, remember to use the die cut machine in your process to die cut and/or dry emboss.  If the Spring theme on your card is not obvious, please explain in the description of your card why you think it is a Spring card.

For full details and supply list, visit my blog: Escape To Stamping.

Thanks for checking my post.  I'll see you in the challenge gallery.

Puzzle Valentine

 Hello there,

Cindy here to share another Non-Traditional Valentine Card.  I chose green/white/kraft with gold for my card.

The puzzle pieces were die cut using Hero Arts Puzzle Fancy Die.  I cut three times and stack them up so that they're as think as chip board.  The pattern paper is die cut with a rectangle stitch die, the sentiment from an older Hero Arts stamp set is white heat embossed.

Our challenge is sponsored by Hero Arts this month, and the theme is: Non-traditional Valentine Card.  Challenge winner will receive a $25 gift card to their store.

For detail supply list, visit me at Escape To Stamping.

Now it's your turn, create a non-traditional Valentine card and play along.  Have fun!  But remember to add die cut and/or dry embossing to your project to qualify for the prize drawn, and add a link back to our challenge blog in your blog post.

Bye for now.
