Santa's Workshop

Hi there.   Dawn here to share my card today.

and our challenge is
to Add Some Glitter.

I don't have any Scrappy Tails dies or stamps, so my lovely team-mate Arlene, sent me some stamped and die cut images.

Here's my card for today.

This is from "Santa's Workshop" set.   I coloured the die cut images with alcohol markers and added Glitter Glue to act as the snow on the workshop.  The sentiment is from Altenew - a free set from a magazine a few years back.

Do come and joint us with your Glitter projects HERE ... just remember to use your Die Cut machine in some way...

Our sponsor this month is Scrappy Tails!
The Prize is an electronic gift card for $25 to the lucky winner.

The challenge this month is to
Add Some Glitter.

We know glitter is hard to photograph, so if we can't see it, please let us know what you glittered and/or what you used.

We also want to welcome Lucille back to The Die Cut Divas.

Let's see how our design team member glittered up their projects!

Cindy added glittery paper to her A7 Pop Up box card.

Arlene went for a large house and a green sky for her project.  Weird, right?
She added yellow stickles to the stars on top of the trees and Crystal stickles to the snow layers.

Annie created a friendship card. She added Glitter sequins, cardstock and some Nuvo drops for a touch of shimmer.

Lucille is Back after several years and we are so happy to see her creations.

Lucille created a fabulous woman on a scooter in Paris.  The image is popped up, gems and stickles were added for some sparkle.

Michelle used some older glitter tape for her project-

More Inspiration for Elizabeth Craft Designs

Welcome to June's Challenge sponsored by Elizabeth Craft Designs.

They offer a prize of a $25 gift card

Our Theme is "Your Favorite Die Cut Shapes".

Sometimes it is just too difficult to choose one favorite die when there are so many.

I love these mugs and have used them on cards and as tags.  Doesn't the Brown look like extra dark chocolate?  I think you'd want some hot chocolate if it was cold outside.  Today, it is 93 degrees Fahrenheit. I'm not drinking hot chocolate today.  LOL

You can see what dies I used here.
You only have a couple more days to enter the challenge.
Have fun and use your favorite dies.

Some of my favourite dies

Hi there.  Dawn here to share with you some of my favourite dies.

Elizabeth Craft Designs, is our wonderful June sponsor.

They've offered a $25 gift card for our random June winner - thanks!!

Some of my most favourite dies are floral dies - either with stamp sets or as layering dies.   And I love using dies to cut my panels on my cards.

Today I'm sharing Elizabeth Craft Designs - Flower Power stamps and matching dies together with some  Gina K Master Layout dies.

I had some purple paper that was from a gel plate background made with watercolour powders and some green and blue paper that had gold splatters.  I stamped and die cut the flower.  I added texture with some Prismacolor pencils.  I die cut the leaves with a Catherine Pooler Designs Perfect Vine dies.   The sentiment is from ECD Happy Birthday Collection and is black embossed.  I die cut the panel with Master Layouts 2 and spritzed it with Lindy's Stamp Gang, Starburst in Sea Grass Green.  Layered it onto a multi-coloured background made with the roll off from my gel print backgrounds.

Do come and join us with your projects... just let us know what your favourite die/s are.

Rectangle Die Cuts with Elizabeth Craft Designs

Greetings! It's Sue here today. Our challenge here this month is "Your Favorite Die Cut Shapes". Our sponsor for the month of June is Elizabeth Craft Designs. They will be giving our winner a $25 gift card. Thank you Elizabeth Craft Designs for your generosity.

My favorite die cut shape is the rectangle. Yup, I know ... boring! There is something about right angles and parallel lines that make me happy. Here's my card

For my card, I used Elizabeth Craft Designs' Fancy Cut-Aways, a set of four different fancy rectangles. For specifics on how I made my card, please check out my foleysfriend blog.

We'd love to see your die cut creations in our gallery and be sure to tell us your "Favorite Die Cut Shape".
