Halloween Card with Whimsy Stamps

  Hello Crafty Friends - Annie here with a Halloween card featuring a digital stamp from Whimsy Stamps called Halloween Witchy Girl

I used torn paper dies for my layers and a dotted rectangle dies for my card panels. I used a Slanted Sentiment Banner die as well.
