Using Brass & Bliss' Deckle Frame die set

Hi! It's Sue here with a new card for you. Our challenge for the month of October is

ANYTHING GOES

Our sponsor this month is Brass & Bliss who will be giving our winner a $50 gift card. To be eligible to win, you need to have a US address.

For my card, I used an "old" Rubbernecker Stamps set called Neighborhood. Brass & Bliss used to be known as Rubbernecker Stamps.

As Brass & Bliss do not ship outside the US, some friends helped me out and I was able to purchase the Deckle Frame die set. I used it as a frame for the little scene I created. For specific details on how this card came together, check out my foleysfriend blog.

Catch up with you later this month. Happy Crafting!

Thanks with Birch Press Designs

Hello! It's Sue here. Our challenge for the month of September is

ANYTHING GOES

Our sponsor for this month is Birch Press Designs. They will be giving our winner a $20 gift card. Only those with a US address are eligible to win.

Here's the card I created for our ANYTHING GOES challenge.

For my card, I used scraps of yellow/orange cardstock to die cut the pieces of the blooms using Birch Press Designs' Block Print Fabulous Flourishes dies. I adhered the pieces with glue. For the sentiment, I used Birch Press Design's Big Thanks Sugar Script. I glued the elements onto a cream A2 card base. The card felt like something was missing. So, I doodled a frame with a thin, brown marker. For a more specific description of how I created this card, please check out my foleysfriend blog.

Thanks for stopping by.
