Thank you to Chic Chickadee Crafts for your Sponsorship

A big Thank You to Chic Chickadee Crafts , our Die Cut Divas sponsor this month. The challenge is an ANYTHING GOES challenge and you have until 9:00 p.m. Pacific time to make what you want, need or desire to do, but be sure to use dies and/or embossing folders in your creations.

You wonderful blog readers also have the chance to use a 20% off coupon for the month of March (Code DIECUTDIVAS20) and it ends today. This is a brand new sponsor for our blog, so please be sure to visit Chic Chickadee Crafts to see what products you might like.

Our Divas will leave you with a bit of inspiration on this last day of March.

Arlene went for a couple baskets of apples and has a short tutorial on using Word to add your sentiment directly on top of another image at A Bit of This and That. I really am a neophyte with handling images, but this works for me.

Renee' used the same elephant image to create background paper as well as a focal image by resizing and layering. Digital stamps offer lots of freedom in size and orientation. She has a video tutorial on this card over at Delaney Jane Cards.

Monika made a card full of flowers for Mother's Day

Dawn has used the Sugartree stamps "Hug in a Mug"

I had pre-colored some Chic Chickadee coffee cups and wanted to share how I used them.  I just needed to choose papers for some tags and also a card.  I recently purchased some papers from Stampin' Up and I was more than eager to try them out.

I also wanted to use some banner dies which have sat unused for quite some time.  Below is the result of banner die-cuts and coffee cups.

Card below.
I sent this card off to a friend and hope it gets through all the borders.

Have fun stamping.

Happy birthday!

This month at Die Cut Divas it's an Anything Goes challenge.  and our sponsor is Chic Chickadee Crafts

I am using a digital stamp set from Sugartree Stamps available at Chic Chickadee Crafts.  It's called Party Animal.

I printed out the panel with several images and sentiments together.  I used a scalloped die to cut it out.  I used a variety of Watercolour markers to colour it in.  I added some Sparkle pen to the icing and some glossy accents on the candle flames.

Still time to join us at Die Cut Divas this month.

Adorable Elephant Baby Card using Chic Chickadee Crafts Digi

Hi Everyone, It's Renee' with Delaney Jane Cards here with this adorable Elephant card. Have you seen the images on ChicChicadeeCrafts.Etsy.com ? Adorable!!!
I chose this simple little elephant because sometimes you don't need a whole set to create something simply adorable, IMO.
I did some Copic Coloring for this elephant and then added some super sweet details with a #10 white gel pen.

I paired this image with some adorable patterned papers and used my Silhouette to cut out my image and the sentiments.

I even cut one for the inside of the card.

Look at these tiny die cut details I was able to add!
I'm simply in love with the simplicity of this elephant and how easy it was to create this card using some simple circles and my silhouette.

I have a video up on my channel if you'd like to check out how exactly I created this. You can view it here: Delaney Jane Cards

You can find this digital image at  Di's Digis
