More Fun!

 Just having more fun with Whimsy stamps here. 

I have used Whimsy Stamps for years and so I don't have many that I have never used.  However, I have not used many of the sentiments for some reason.  I think I've got most of those sentiments all in one card now. I have a list of supplies on my blog here.

I am casing Linda's card from January 21st.  I had to make a fast card because I couldn't decide on what to make for my son, so I was on the hot seat of getting it done.  When I saw Linda's card, I had to case it.  No shaker for me as I needed to get it in the mail.
This may be the first time I've used the cake.  I had to include this card because this is the birthday card I sent my oldest son for his BDay.

 Hi there.   Dawn here to share my card for this month's challenge.   Our challenge this month is to use Never Before Used Stuff.   We don't have a sponsor this month. However, we're so grateful to Whimsy Stamps for giving us at $15 gift voucher for our winner.

My team mate, Arlene, send me some great funny images from Whimsy stamps.   

I had such fun making this one.  I coloured the birds with some purple pens to match the background.  I used Wilted Violet Distress Oxide ink to make my background and splattered some iridescent spray all over. I cut it with Pinkfresh Studio's Folk Art rectangles.   The sentiment is from Crafter's Companions "Reach for the Sky" set.

Hey Diva friends - Linda here with inspiration to use that new stuff languishing in your stash. My friend Darnell coined the term NBUS (Never-Before-Used Schtuff) and we're using that theme for our January Challenge.

Hang in There ~ Never Before Used Stuff ~ January Challenge

It's Sue here today. Many thanks to my teammate here at Die Cut Divas for the gentle nudge because I hadn't written my blog post. Since January 1st, I feel like I'm barely "hanging in there". There seems to be so much to do and so little time to do it. 

Our challenge this month is to use Never Before Used Stuff. I have a ton of that. I purchase things that I have to have, put it somewhere safe and totally forget about it. If you're like me, this challenge is for you. Go find that thing you had to have or maybe you just received it for Christmas. We'd love to see what you create with it.

Arlene is bummed that A Bunny Birthday is isn't on the Whimsy site anymore because that is one of her favorite sets.
