In a Blue Mood....

No not really..... Dawn T here to share my Monochromatic card.   And it's Blue..

My base card started with some Altenew Washi Tape.  It's a wide one that I added some card.  I then used a die to cut a rounded rectangle to make a card front.  I then used an Altenew sentiment with some Catherine Pooler ink and cut with a Spellbinders die.  I sponged the same ink while the die cut was still in place.  I used some 3D tape to add to the card.  A few Nuvo drops finished the card.
